Marketing & Sales Assistant

Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is approximately 5+ hours per week and may be on-site in the Portland, Oregon or virtual. The Marketing & Sales Assistant will play a key role in promoting our website, products, and services, while supporting ongoing sales and outreach. This position blends creative content creation, marketing execution, and light administrative support directly with the Founder/CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media posts and campaigns to grow brand awareness
Assist with website updates and content management (Squarespace)
Launch and manage courses in Kajabi
Create and send email campaigns through Kajabi
Design marketing collateral and product graphics using Canva
Support direct and indirect sales activities for new projects and products
Provide administrative support to the Founder/CEO

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Squarespace, Kajabi, Canva, and major social media platforms
Solid writing skills for posts, campaigns, and client communication
Ability to take direction and follow through with detail
Background in wellness, environmental design, or healthy building industries is a plus

Environmental Wellness Testing & Assessments Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on professional to support our environmental wellness testing and assessments. If you’re curious about how buildings influence health — and want meaningful, on-the-ground work helping people live and work better — we’d love to connect.

Onsite Portland, OR / Field-Based | Contract

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct environmental assessments for:

    • Air quality, VOCs, and particulates

    • Mold and moisture

    • EMFs and RF exposure

    • Radon levels

    • Lighting quality and safety

  • Record and interpret data; prepare clear, client-ready reports

  • Support outreach, education, and marketing for testing services

  • Build client relationships with homeowners, designers, and businesses

  • Contribute to business growth through service delivery and client engagement

Who You Are:

  • Occupational therapists interested in environmental and sensory health

  • Home inspectors and building contractors familiar with construction systems

  • HVAC professionals with air quality expertise

  • Environmental or wellness consultants seeking field-based work
